Coach Matt Jansen has been fortunate to be a part of Arsenal Strength an equipment manufacturer in Knoxville, TN and they have allowed Coach Matt to use the showroom as his own to be the home of Camp Jansen to film with other athletes that come to town.

All content that Coach Matt pushes is now with a team of 3 other amazing athletes. Coaches Nadia Szymanowicz , Matt Burzacott & Nick Gloff with an education series that takes a new perspective to train and approach.

The content is raw, hardcore to demonstrate the difference within the intensity of Camp Jansen.
A big part of Camp Jansen started with Dallas McCarver. In 2015 Dallas had come to the Jansen’s Lexington, Kentucky home. He had coined Camp Jansen in his final 8 weeks of prep for the Olympia. This was the name that had stuck.

Dallas McCarver had a big part of this venture. Dallas and Coach Matt had filmed an entire training series. A part of the training series was something Dallas wanted to push publicly. The future volumes of training footage aren’t possible. But now we’re back to continue his legacy. The lead up sets, the maximal sets, and final working sets.
