Premiere Pro Automatically creates the Sequence Settings from the metadata of the iPhone video file.

Premiere Pro makes the iPhone videos into Dull colors. To further improve the colors of your iPhone video, change the "Graphics White Override" to 300 (81% HLG, 62% PQ).

iPhone video colors, brightness & contrast have substantially improved!

SAVED SEQUENCE DOESN'T WORK!!

This seems to be a BUG in Premiere Pro! For now, you'll have to manually change the sequence settings for iPhone videos.
