Cups and Cardio! This Speedstacks activity will have different challenges for your to stack. Make sure that you carefully look at each picture. You will have one minute recreate the picture you see on this screen and if you finish early, perform the exercise for that round. You will have 10 seconds to reset your cups each round. How many rounds do you think you can recreate before time ends?
