Timing: 20:20 x 8 (5min drill)
Round 1: 20sec straights 20sec run in / out
repeat... so 2 rounds are done total
Round 2: 20sec uppers 20sec side shuttle in / out
repeat... so 2 rounds are done total
Round 3: 20sec of a combo 20sec jump in / out
repeat.. so 2 rounds are done total
Round 4: 20sec of high punches 20sec side jump in / out
repeat... so 2 rounds are total total
Tip: Also use the ladder in another drill throughout your session.
