There are two main option when it comes to resetting Roomba J series iRobots, we have shown you both the ways and given you #fullinstruction on how to do this.
You can either factory reset Roomba J7 and any of the other Roomba 7 series robots either by using the iRobot home app or manually on the Roomba iRobot itself.
Remember you will lose all or some of your setting depending of which method you use. Do not forget you can reboot your Roomba J7 or any other Roomba iRobot, if you are getting an error message. This should clear the error with out having to reset the iRobot. However, if you want to go ahead with the reset then follow the steps in this video.
