In this video We Explained Psychrometric Processes in very simple language and easy to understand. There are basically four psychrometric processes:
1. Sensible Heating
2. Sensible Cooling
3. Humidification
4. Dehumidification
and Combination of these like:
5. Cooling with Humidification/Dehumidification
6. Heating with Humidification/Dehumidification
Psychrometry is study of moisture in air and the behavior of the air at various moisture contents in it. It is very interesting to learn these processes on psychrometric chart. We have discussed these processes and shown on psychrometric chart as well.

1. Sensible heating involves increasing temperature of air without changing specific humidity.
2. Sensible cooling is process of decreasing the temperature of air without changing moisture content in it.
3. Humidification is increasing specific humidity of air where as
4. Dehumidification is removal of moisture from the air at given dry bulb temperature.
In Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Process, there is always combination of these processes are involved.
