Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Filling:
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Chicken fillets 200g
-Pyaz (Onion) rings 1 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) sliced 1 medium
-Corn kernels boiled ¼ Cup
-Schezwan sauce 3 tbs
-Mayonnaise 1 tbs
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Olpers’s Cheddar cheese grated 50-60g
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated 50-60g
Assembling:
-Bread slices large as required
-Makhan (Butter) soft as required

Directions:
Prepare Filling:
-In a frying pan,add ginger garlic paste,black pepper powder,pink salt,paprika powder,lemon juice, cooking oil & mix well.
-Add chicken fillets,mix & rub well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame from both sides until chicken is done (8-10 minutes).
-Let it cool,chop roughly & set aside.
-Roughly chop onion rings & capsicum,mix everything altogether & chop well.
-In a bowl,add chopped vegetables,corn kernels,schezwan sauce,mayonnaise,dried oregano,black pepper crushed,pink salt,red chilli crushed,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
-On two large bread slices,apply butter,add & spread prepared filling on one bread slice & flip the other bread slice & apply butter.
-Flip the prepared sandwich in a frying pan (butter side down),apply butter,cover & grill/cook on very low flame from both sides until golden & crispy (makes 4 sandwiches).

-Chicken fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix aur rub ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa chicken gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Thanda ker lein aur roughly chop ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Pyaz rings aur shimla mirch ko roughly chop ker lein phir sab kuch ache tarhan mix ker ka chop ker lein.
-Bowl mein chopped vegetables,corn kernels,schezwan sauce,mayonnaise,dried oregano,kali mirch crushed,pink salt,lal mirch crushed aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Mozzarella cheese aur cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Do large bread slices per makhan laga lein,tayyar filling dal ker pheela lein aur dosray bread slice ko flip ker ka makhan laga lein.
-Sandwich ko frying pan mein rakh dein (butter side down),makhan laga ker cover ker lein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa golden & crispy ho janay tak grill/paka lein (makes 4 sandwiches).
