At Terrasos 🟡, we're addressing critical issues like habitat loss, deforestation, and climate change with our groundbreaking Habitat Bank model. This unique initiative allows for 30-year conservation projects, creating a pension fund for nature and supporting sustainable development.

Highlights:

- Secured over 5,948 hectares across Colombia, preserving vital areas such as Cloud Forests, Tropical Rainforests, and Tropical Dry Forests.
- Created 81 new jobs, with each 500-hectare Habitat Bank generating at least 10 jobs.
- Registered 12 Habitat Banks through strategic alliances, enhancing our habitat bank management and biodiversity investment opportunities.

Our projects ensure measurable biodiversity gains and transparency through rigorous management and monitoring. With our transformational biodiversity units called Tebu, we offer high-integrity investment opportunities, fostering environmental stewardship and supporting local communities.

Our Vision:
By 2030, we aim to scale our Habitat Bank model to 100,000 hectares and expand across Latin America. This ambitious goal involves integrating technology into our project development, registration, and monitoring, and building partnerships with local communities to attract more biodiversity investments.
