What kind of cleaning is expected with a Move Out Cleaning?

As of the making of this video we have calculated that we have done 4,020 Move Out cleanings.

These are also sometimes called Empty House Cleanings, Move In Cleanings.

This is where the entire house is empty of furnishings and we will catch up the home or apartment to make it MOVE IN ready!!!

Many times during the transaction of selling homes, the previous owner will want the home cleaned or they are required to do "A Courtesy Cleaning" in their contract. A Courtesy cleaning is a basic and I mean basic cleaning. We actually had a home owner who purchased her 5 million dollar home and the previous owner did not have the home cleaned upon selling... So you just never know. If you are purchasing a home, make sure that you have it written in a contract that they need to have it professionally cleaned prior to the new owners taking possession of the property.


Any how....I got a little side tracked....
We will vacuum all cabinetry, then we will wet wipe the insides of all cabinetry through out the home. We will also wet wipe all baseboards, inside Doors, outside of Closet Doors, Door Jams, Window Sills that are accessible with a 4 foot ladder. We will also wet wipe all switch plates and Ceiling Fans that are also accessible with a 4 foot ladder. We will also catch your bathrooms up if they need it and the same deal with the kitchen. If you would like to add on the inside of the Refrigerator and/or Oven there is an up charge for this. Same deal with windows, carpet or garages.
