Great ergonomics and customer support
I've used other vertical mice for 10-15 years, but they were too vertical. The semi-vertical angle on this mouse is much more comfortable for me.

The flange is very helpful too, since it makes it more natural to move the mouse with my arm instead of my _wrist_.

I accidentally knocked it off my desk after having it for 3 months, and it stopped working. That was my fault, but I also think such an expensive mouse should stand up to a few normal accidents. I emailed their support, and they gave me a Repair Number. I'm mailing the broken mouse to them, and they're going to repair and return it.
