Turns out the new release of SMTV Vengeance contains a sizeable ammount of debugging files and a lot of them are actually useable! After a bit of examination I managed to figure out what the game wants and modified it, and now it will boot into the debug mode on startup.

In the video Im showing a good chunk of the menus but not everything. Be aware that a lot of options in the menus do NOT work and will softlock your game - forcing you to restart.
