IDEA #3: This one is all about allowing your coachee to open up about how they see themselves in certain situations.

HOW TO CARRY OUT THIS ACTIVITY:

Preparation: Select the ‘Landscape’ cards from the Creative Learning Card deck

Step One: Ask your coachee to "Look at all the cards.”

Step Two: “Pick 5 cards that best you think represent you... in relation to (insert coaching topic)." Example “Pick a card that best represents yourself, in relation to how you manage your team."

Step Three: Ask them to explain. "Tell me about the cards you’ve chosen and how they represent you."

Step Four: Ask them “Pick one more card that someone else might chose for you.”

Step Five: Continue your coaching conversation.
