Canon 5D Classic in 2024 - full frame on a budget! Is it still relevant?

Sorry about the click bait title, bit it's true! I've broken out my Canon 5D and taken it for a wander around the Yorkshire market town of Howden to take in some quaint streets and the magnificent minster which is partly in ruins.
