For the best results, I recommend using a kitchen scale to measure ingredients in grams, as this gives the most accurate and consistent outcome. But if you don’t have a scale, no worries! i have include cup measurements and ounces so you can still follow along. Thanks
ingredients:
Eggs -3, 155g, 5.45oz
Vegetable oil- 125ml, ½ cup, 3.85oz
Condensed milk- 120g, 0.42 cup, 4.25 oz
Brown sugar- 100g, 3.55oz, ½ cup
Yoghurt – 130g, 4.6oz, 0.55 cup
Vanilla extracts – 2 tbsp, 30 ml
Orange zest – 1
Flour- 200g, 7.1oz, 1.65 cups
Salt- ½ tsp, 3g
Baking powder- 2 tsp, 8 g
Chocolate chip- 150g, 5.25oz, 1 cup

1-Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2-In a blender, add eggs, oil , condensed milk, sugar, yogurt, vanilla essence, and orange zest. Blend until smooth.
3-In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, salt, and baking powder.
4-Pour the blended mixture into the dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and gently mix into a smooth batter.
5-Transfer the batter to a loaf tin, sprinkle more chocolate chips on top, and tap to release air bubbles.
6-Bake at 170°C for about 50 minutes, checking at 45 minutes with a skewer.
