° Strawberry Cake °
Ingredients

5 eggs whites ( large size )
100g sugar
5 egg yolks ( large size )
40g milk
100g flour ( cake or all purpose )
40g vegetable oil

200g whipping Crean
50g mascarpone
30g sugar
First separates egg whites and egg yolks
I use large eggs and in room temperature

Add flour
