When we reconnect with nature, we reconnect with our body and our true selves.

It’s easy to get caught up in our lives and lose connection with ourselves.

I like to create habits in my day to day life that pulls me back to my true self, and time in nature is certainly a big one.

I’m always sharing structured workouts with you, but I want to keep reminding you of how good it is to have a playful relationship with your body too.

To remove the structure and to just go out exploring can help bring the natural inner child and adventurous aspects of ourselves out that we all have within us!

This is one of the great foundations of a healthy mind & body ☺️🙏🌳💪
