The plan, adopted in December 2023, serves as the foundation for the City's decision-making over the next 20 years and will guide us as we work to implement the community's vision. The Forward Urbandale Comprehensive Plan is a collaborative effort involving our residents, business community, elected and appointed officials, institutions, and organizations, all united by a shared sense of stewardship for Urbandale’s success. Together, we are determined to make our city the very best place it can be.
