Whilst on a quiet nature walk in the English countryside, I wanted to share my thoughts about freedom and how we can regain our sense of it.
This week I spent some time reflecting upon my life. I was trying to understand at what point I felt most free. What I learned really surprised me! Even though I’ve gained more and more freedom over the years, I actually felt most free when I was much younger. Children have such a unique and creative perspective of the world, I truly believe there is so much that we can learn from them, and especially from the younger version of ourselves. Now whenever I think about freedom, the first image that comes to my mind is my younger self.
For this video I visited what looked like an enchanted forest which was truly magical, though at times, it did get a little dark for the camera! I hope this video brings you peace all the same, and if you’re feeling trapped in life, I hope it helps to rekindle your sense of freedom.
