This is our presentation to Hertsmere Council Executive 22/04/20. We are allowed to present to them because we submitted a petition which the Council has failed to answer to our satisfaction.In fact, none of the points we made in our petition were disputed in the Council's response:(1) Councillor Graham wrote to residents claiming that their proposals were discussed at Council Executive 11/09/19. However members other than Councillor Graham do not appear to have had any information about the residents' proposals. (2) Councillor Graham put himself between residents and officers while the residents' proposal was being formulated, all the time withholding from residents the criteria the council would use to evaluate the proposal.  (3) Councillor Graham then withheld officers' feedback from residents, until after the time that he claimed that the residents' proposal had been rejected by the Council Executive, while keeping residents in the dark about the process that was actually being followed. (4) Councillor Graham then misled residents into believing that their proposal had been considered and rejected by the Executive at its September 11th 2019 meeting.
