Srinagar/Rajouri (J&K), Aug 06 (ANI): A complete shutdown was observed across Jammu and Kashmir on Monday. Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) has called for a two-day strike as Supreme Court is scheduled to hear a PIL challenging the validity of the Article 35A today.
