Today, I am making a sweet recipe from Chocolate Covered Kate with a variation to make it vegan gluten free, soy and nut free. As you all know my recipes are free from the top 8 allergens, as I happen to be allergic to 7 of them. Kate happens to have some of the best recipes for sweets. Specially, if you are a new vegan, you will literally not find any difference from "regular treats" to plant based cookies.

I also happen to be baking vegan gluten free chocolate chip cookies with Courtney, she has been so sweet during my transition to a plant based diet.
