INGREDIENTS:
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 pounds beef short rib cuts
Salt to taste
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp each granulated, garlic, and granulated onion

2 small shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 & 1/2 tbsp of Maggi sauce
*** marinate meat for at least 30 minutes and pressure cook for 32 minutes.

Potatoes

Russet potatoes
Season with salt and boil till fork tender and drain
Roast on stove top in batches in olive oil and butter, season with a pinch of granulated garlic and onion.
