Lisa and Rob explored laundromats across Tampa Bay but saw an opportunity to go bigger. They expanded an existing 3,000 sq. ft. location into 4,500 sq. ft., ensuring proper amperage, plumbing, visibility, and minimal competition. Today, customers drive 40–45 minutes to visit.
