Chevrolet has taken the wraps off the Essentia and Spark/Beat Activ concept at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo.

The sub-4m compact vehicles have been designed with India in mind and will be produced at the country's General Motors factory.

With two engines available - a 1.2 litre four cylinder petrol and 1.0 litre four cylinder diesel, the Essentia is expected to go on sale in 2016 and the Spark/Beat Activ in 2017
