November 4, 2923 - Otis Strolls Thru at Sunrise

Early morn is a challenging time to see the bears clearly. I think the Cam Op has a difficult time seeing him hide behind the branches, so pans to the left a bit. Am grateful to see him at all; especially this late in the season.

I have treasured and appreciated every moment with the King of Katmai. It truly is a miracle, he was able to gain weight, after arriving so emaciated. He looks so good right now.

I know we all wish for Otis, to find a safe place to den, on his long and winding road; as well as, his healthy return, next season.
