"BUILDING" my budget single cam RB30 TURBO with a torque wrench and some spray paint...

Its time to bolt together my budget RB30. I would say rebuild but its probably more of a re-seal and some paint, bottom end is staying standard, never the less this is progress. The Legends at Harman Engines at Salisbury faced and washed the head for me and I've collected all the bits I need to bolt this sucker back together.
