Our first stops on the Gibb River Road are Windjana Gorge and the terrifying Tunnel Creek. If you are scared of the dark and/or crocodiles, this will get your hear pumping! This is day 17 of my Australia campervan road trip.

The Gibb River Road is an unsealed road at the top of Western Australia running from Derby to Kunnunara. Approximately 600km long is known for its tough terrain and amazing gorges, waterfalls and walks. The Gibb River Road is also known as the Caravan Killer but we let the air down in our tyres and engaged the 4x4 and found most of it manageable.
