Kaylen, Kelsey and Kristen are pleased to release Jet Black Hearts which is their 14th album since forming the K3 Sisters Band in 2009. Listening to these eleven original songs will take you on a music fueled journey that will at times inspire you and allow you to feel empowered as you relate to suave and extravagant characters that exude confidence. A few of these songs might cause a mental war cry to flood your mind in synch with the cautionary warnings about those seemingly "beautiful" individuals that inflict pain and anguish on their victims of love with their selfishness. And then there are the songs that are just purely joyful expressions and celebrations of life events and allow you to take some precious time to get happily lost in some favorite magical fandoms.

All but one of these songs were carefully crafted by the girls in their customized recording studio in Dallas, Texas where they applied the usual and some not so usual glosses and effects to each vocal and instrumental track. They are the only ones singing on every song, and because of the nature of "building a ship in a bottle" as they describe their work as recording artists, they were able to stack their own vocals and create vibes that are impossible to duplicate in a live performance. And, no auto tuning, pitch shifting or studio musicians were used at all. Only the band is playing all the instruments on the songs. And that's what makes this studio album stand out from all the usual major record label efforts. But that's what the K3 Sisters are all about!

Yes, one of the eleven songs was taken from a recording of a 2023 live stream concert and sweetened up in the studio. But along the way it was punctuated by adding live "telephone effects" that capture key moments that occur in almost all of their live stream concerts.
