Today I am making beef flautas, rolled tacos or taquitos. I am also going to show you how to store in the freezer for a great meal prep ideas for taquitos. I will be making a delicious salsa to pour over the flautas and top with cheese.

INGREDIENTS
3.5 lb beef chuck roast
1 oz (28 g ) onion soup mix
2 cups (473 ml) beef broth
1 dry bay leaf
3 cloves fresh garlic
1 tsp Mexican oregano
pepper to taste
30 to 35 corn tortillas (store bought works fine)

SALSA
2 medium jalapeños
2 cloves fresh garlic
3 Roma tomatoes
1 1/4 tsp to 1 3/4 tsp chicken bouillon powder (or sub with salt to taste)
