Since I spend so much time sitting (gaming, editing YouTube videos, and generally saving the world from all manner of online threats), it is IMPERATIVE that I do a good amount of mobility work before hitting the compound lifts, particularly for my hips and lower back.

This mobility routine (combination of foam rolling and dynamic stretches) will help you get your core and lower body warm and mobile, as well as help you store up all the TP you need to perform a limit break or summon an avatar in the squat rack!
