Vidya Bharati, short for Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan, is a non-government educational organization that runs one of the largest private networks of schools in Bharat (India).
Aims and Objectives
At Vidya Bharat, our guiding principles revolve around providing equal opportunity for every child to learn and aspire towards a more meaningful life and contribute towards nation-building. In Bharat, we have various languages, festivals, food habits, etc. Even with such diversity, culturally we are one and believe in Ek Bharat – Shreshtha Bharat.

Some Unique Features
VB in Tribal Areas: VB runs 1000+ Schools with Residential Facilities in more than 100 Schools, in Tribal areas of North East, Jharkhand, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, and Gujarat. We also provide Free Education to some 20,000 Tribal Students staying in the Urban Hostels run by "Vanvasi Kalyan Kendra".
VB in Border Areas: Bharat has its borders with Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, China, and Myanmar. In such 127 border districts, VB has 211 Schools in 167 of 323 blocks. Our plans are to establish schools in the remaining 156 blocks to cover the area up to 40 km from the border, in the national interest.
VB Sainik Schools: In an innovation move, Govt. of India has decided to open 100 Army Schools in partnership with private schools. Earlier Army Schools were run only by the Defence Ministry. We are pleased to inform that 7 Schools of Vidya Bharati (out of 42 allotted so far) have been selected to become Sainik Schools. More allocations are awaited. The Sainik School prepares students to join the Indian forces to serve the nation.

• #NEP 2020 rolled out after 34 years. The last Education policy had come in 1986.
