We met with Pit Boss staff member, Scott Lowe, after being stopped in our tracks by one of the baddest smokers we saw at the show this year. The 7 in the Copperhead 7 name represents the massive 7 cubic feet smoker that includes 2059 inches of cooking area. As Lowe said in the booth, “The markets been electric or gas and we are bringing the pellet version mainstream. I asked Lowe one final question, “Is this the coolest smoker on the market?” The response was quick and simple from Lowe, “definitely.”
