A kitchen renovation project for a client, which began on October 3rd, 2020, and was completed by August 11th, 2025 by the construction workers. The project included a complete overhaul of the kitchen’s design, repairs to existing structures, and installation of new components. The final design is modern and functional, with an emphasis on high-quality materials and smart storage solutions.

Options included in the renovation:
•Custom Cabinetry: High-gloss, handle-less cabinets in a neutral gray finish.
•Countertops: Durable quartz countertops with a waterfall edge on the central island.
•Appliances: Integrated smart appliances, including a double oven, induction cooktop, and a French-door refrigerator.
•Flooring: Large-format porcelain tiles in a light wood-grain pattern.
•Lighting: Recessed LED lighting throughout, with pendant lights over the island for a modern aesthetic.
•Backsplash: A herringbone-patterned tile backsplash that adds texture and visual interest.
•Smart Home Integration: Automated lighting, temperature control, and a built-in sound system.
•Repairs: Structural repairs to the subfloor and ceiling, as well as updated plumbing and electrical wiring to meet modern codes.
