Testosterone doesn’t prompt aggression per se; it is a hormone that drives the attainment and maintenance of status.

If aggression or backstabbing is rewarded in your company, testosterone will encourage people to behave aggressively.

If kindness is valued and rewarded, testosterone will drive people to compete to be the kindest.

If you want to improve the culture in your company, do this:

1. Unearth the unwritten rules in your company. The values and rewards of a company are not obvious.
2. Implement the right values and rewards.
3. Let testosterone do the work.
