Sequoia Analytical Labs has surrendered its business license to the state after the California Bureau of Cannabis Control made a surprise inspection last week and discovered the lab director had falsified records. Sequoia's CEO said he was blindsided by the lab director who submitted the false pesticide testing records. He said some 750 certificates of analysis are now in question.
