Peanut butter brands pulled off shelves: Thezi Mabuza

Описание к видео Peanut butter brands pulled off shelves: Thezi Mabuza

Consumers possessing various peanut butter brands manufactured by House of Natural Butters are urged to return them to the point of purchase. The National Consumer Commission is conducting a nationwide assessment of South African peanut butter to establish whether they have been affected by aflatoxins, which can cause health complications. More peanut butter brands have been withdrawn from the shelves at Pick n Pay, alongside those sold at Dischem, Clicks, Faithful to Nature and other health shops. The commission has advised the public to immediately stop consuming these products and return them to the store they bought them from for a full refund, with or without proof of purchase. For more on this matter, we are joined virtually by the Acting Commissioner of the National Consumer Commission, Thezi Mabuza.
