Hi all,
this video describes how to achieve VR settings with a HP Reverb G2 on mid-range RTX3080 with excellent image quality and high fps while maintaining functional features like a nice-looking rear-view mirror and cosmetic features like high level-of-detail on cars and lighting bloom.

I will use:
Nvidia driver: 522.25
OpenXR Toolkit 1.2.2: https://mbucchia.github.io/OpenXR-Too...
OpenComposite: https://gitlab.com/znixian/OpenOVR
and cover configuration of these 3 components plus ACC itself.
