We are a merit based organisation, if a tutor has successfully converted a demo class chances of getting more and more tuitions increases. If a tutor fails in some demo or demo does not convert to booking chances of getting more tuitions decreases by 50%. Our top tutors have taken more than 50 tuitions which translates to 2 Lac Rupees.
