Softball Pitching: How to throw a changeup

Today I am sharing the first video in a series of videos that will briefly go over how to throw all of the pitches! Today we will be looking at the circle changeup. I cannot stress how important it is for ALL pitchers regardless of how hard they throw to have a good off-speed.
