Welcome to my kitchen! A couple of months ago, I made a batch of delicious chai cinnamon rolls that you all seemed to enjoy. So, I thought I would present you with a new iteration—earl grey cinnamon rolls. (side note: I can't believe we don't have a cinnamon roll emoji yet).

These have a lighter and brighter flavor profile than the chai rolls because of the bergamot in the earl grey tea. I feel like a warm, gooey pastry with a cup of tea is the perfect sweet treat to have on chilly winter days, and this dessert combines both into one!
