2024 Update
Be careful megadosing with Omega 3. A recent 2024 study showed an increased risk of atrial fibrillation (irregular heart rhythm) for people with high cholesterol taking more than 1,000 mg of Omega 3 (EPA+DHA) daily. It still has benefits for reducing heart disease at under 1,000 mg.

I use Omega-3 to manage my joint pain on my wrists and left knee. These Omega-3 softgels are potent, you get 1000mg of Omega 3 fatty acids per pill, but they do give you some fish burps. I get fish burps about 50% of the time I take these. If you are looking for something that is just as potent, but with almost no fish burps, I will link some below by Now Foods that I have used, and I plan to return to those when I am done with these.

You can buy these at Walmart. It's only about one or two dollars cheaper buying it at Walmart, but then I still had to wait for an employee to open the glass case because they're locked up to prevent theft. It's more convenient buying from Amazon.
