Milky Filling( condensed milk) Grape Bread Roll

This bread roll is rich of taste, you can feel the taste come in order when you bite it. Simple process, simple mold, homemade friendly.
We got crispy butter grains on the surface and the bread is soft, mix with dried grape and milky filling made up by condensed milk, full of milky aroma.

RECIPE

6 in chiffon mold x2

The dough:
Bread flour 270g
Milk 115g
Milk powder 35g
Condensed milk 35g
Egg(whole) x1(50~55g)
Salt 2g
Sugar 30g
Yeast 4g
Butter 40g

The filling: condensed milk filling:
Butter 50g(Soften at room temperature)
Egg (mixed egg) 30g
Condensed milk 25g
Milk powder 50g
Sugar powder 10g(or caster sugar)
Dried grape 30g

The surface: the butter grain
Frozen butter 16g
Caster sugar 16g
Cake flour 25g
Corn starch 5g

Baking temperature :175°C/347 °F 25~30mins

*Adjust the temperature accordingly since the power of the oven are varied.

提子炼乳奶酥面包卷

这款面包卷,口感十分丰富,且有层次感。制作过程十分简单,模具也很普通,非常适合家庭烘焙。
表面撒了酥脆的黄油酥粒,内里绵软的面包体,夹杂了一层层的葡萄干炼乳奶酥馅,奶香四溢。

面团:
高筋面粉 270克
牛奶115克
奶粉35克
炼乳35克
全蛋1个(50~55克)
盐2克
糖30克
酵母4克
黄油40克

内馅:炼乳奶酥馅
黄油50克(室温软化黄油)
蛋液30克
炼乳25克
奶粉50克
糖粉10克(或细砂糖)
葡萄干30克

表面:黄油酥粒
冰冻黄油16克
细砂糖16克
低筋面粉25克
玉米淀粉5克

烘烤温度:175° C /347 °F 25~30分钟

*每个烤箱火力不同,具体温度请根据自己烤箱适当调节。
