 Advice I would have for a top performer, and honestly, this is also advice I would have for a company, is that I think trust has to be established. So much of how a seller is gonna interact with their peers or what they're gonna contribute to their organization is gonna come down to - how much do they fundamentally trust the organization they work with?

This is a matter of culture. This is so important that people feel safe in their organizations expressing contrary views or expressing things that work, or mistakes that they make, so that they can get constructive feedback and really be enabled, become better. But if you don't necessarily feel safe in your organization, you're gonna be much more guarded.

You're gonna keep up that wall and you're gonna hold on to your particular secrets because they're the things that you feel safe keeping you in place. That cultural shift is so incredibly paramount to getting the results companies want. You have to kind of help sell your sellers that they're there to support you, that they're there to make sure you're okay, and that you've got the resources that you need at your disposal.
