Chain of Care (Mental Health Film Board, 1962)

Surveys the coordinated program of mental health care in New York State, using four case histories to portray the major public psychiatric services that make up the state-sponsored approach. Includes both professional staff and real patients in demonstrating a full program of prevention, treatment, aftercare, and rehabilitation. Shows the facilities, professional skills, and overall human understanding offered by each organization at the four levels of contact.
