Monday, October 20, 2014 :

NS Chicago to Jacksonville intermodal train 295 is seen here running with the NS Norfolk Southern Heritage Locomotive #8114 leading a respectable-looking CP locomotive on the Atlanta South District between Atlanta and Macon.

Passing up this colorful consist was not in the cards for me today, so I got my butt trackside. The Auto Router must have been turned off today too, because this train ran on clear signals non-stop all the way from Austell to Macon. This was a very quick chase, just the way I like them!
