Beautiful Sunflower Fields of Gundlupete, Chamarajanagar.

Known as the ‘Flower Pot’ of Karnataka, this gorgeous destination is known for its expansive sunflower and marigold fields.

Karnataka's very own "Valley of Flowers"

Gundlupet is a border town between the states of Karnataka and Kerala. Not well known to most tourists, the small town has escaped the Bollywood-loving hordes that would have descended had it been on the tourist map!

The small town is located around 200 kilometers away from Bangalore. It is approximately 56 kilometers from the Mysore-Ooty highway and is literally the last town in Karnataka in transit to Ooty, Wayanad, or even Kozhikode.
