Fish Ecosystem and Evolution Simulation Project (using Unity / C#)

First, I found myself manually adjust the plant count in the simulation to control the size of the fish population.
So I decided to automate that in code in a way that would try to push the fish population to settle between 80 and 95% of the max number of fish.
when population is less than 80%, add 10 to the max number of plants allowed every 5 seconds
when the poplulation is greater than 95%, subtract 10 from the max number of plants every 5 seconds
