Chef Chad Wyrosdick and Troy Ganter are no strangers to bold flavor or local flavor — together, they’ve crafted a culinary concept that’s shaking up the South Florida food scene. What started as a shared passion has grown into a fusion-forward kitchen with serious burger game. Chad, who began his culinary journey in Columbus, Georgia, has spent nearly two decades honing his skills in Florida kitchens from West Palm Beach to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Now Co-Owner of Won-Tom’s and Executive Chef at Papa’s Raw Bar, he’s built a re- putation for fearless creativity and bold flavor combinations. Troy, a lifelong resident of Lighthouse Point, was born into the restaurant business. As the founder of the Eat Drink and Be Local® movement and part of the family behind Papa’s Raw Bar (established in 1976), his approach blends community, coastal culture, and an infectious love for hospitality. Together, in 2023, they launched Won-Tom’s — a vibrant concept located in Deerfield Beach’s Cove Shopping Center. Sharing space with the Cove Brewery, the eatery serves up Caribbean-Asian (or “Crasian”) fusion with a rebellious edge.
