In this video we are showing you how to locate, remove and replace the ECU Engine Computer on Jaguar X-type X TYPE. It is very simple procedure and it will not take you more than 10 minutes to do it yourself.
We will also have a video HOW to Replace the ECU and what you need to do to make it WORK WITHOUT PROGRAMMING IT!!!
The ECU is located behind the glovebox. So you will need to remove the glove box for more access. We have the video on our playlist. You can find it here:    • Jaguar X-Type Repair Videos  

If you have problems with your ECU you can remove and send it for repair as well.
