This arrived in a grey and white branded box with an image of the mattress on the front, along with specifications, features, and operation details on the back and sides. The box is quite heavy as you would expect, and once out of the box the mattress in the carry bag weighs 8.2kg which is just slightly over the specified weight.

After unpacking I had a read through the manual. I thought the manual well set out with very clear and easy to follow step by step instruction, with nice and clear linked diagrams. The mattress comes inside its carry case, and I found removing and unfolding in position with flock side up quick and easy. The plug is inside a compartment next to the controls, and is easy to remove and replace once inflated or deflated for repacking.

Once I had this plugged in (standard 3 pin UK plug) I put a timer on my phone to check the inflation time, and set it to inflate, and it instantly started the process. This inflated perfectly in just over four minutes although depending on the firmness you want I would expect this to vary by around thirty seconds either way. I did think it was quite noisy while inflating but no doubt necessary.

After inflating I wanted to try the deflation and packing away in the carry case as I have had items before that are very difficult to get back into their carry cases. The deflation took around the same time, and I found it very easy to pack back into its case.

I have since slept on this for two nights while visiting my mother’s house, and I found it very comfortable, giving me a good night’s sleep. As far as I am aware this does not have an auto cut off on the inflation or deflation, but in my opinion this is not needed or advertised due to the short time it takes, and you would not leave it.

Overall I found this really quick and easy to set up, I did not find it deflated at all during the night, it packed away into the carry case without any issues, and was nice and comfortable to sleep on.
